Hi I'm Ed, I'm from the UK and have lived there most of my life other than a bit of time in France while studying. I love London, but I've always enjoyed travelling and feel it does so much good for the soul!

I love getting outdoors and being in the middle of nature. Some of my favourites trips are hiking, kayaking and road trips around beautiful parts of this amazing planet. I also have a soft spot for urban living, having lived in London for a good part of my live, and the hustle bustle and energy that comes with it!

I describe myself as friendly outgoing person, and always interested in hearing about the journeys of others. I love sports, both playing and watching and hobbies include reading, coding, cycling, football and hockey!

To meet and connect with people from all over the world, share stores and experiences and to learn! I'm always interested in learning about culture, food, music, and the way people live their day to day lives in different parts of the world.

To me Couchsurfing is a fantastic way to do that and I always love meeting new people.
