About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world, adventure, meet new people, and share new experiences with people around the world.
ABOUT ME
HELLO! New to couchsurfing here. Young Asian American who just finished college and ready to see the world. I am a very passionate people person and very easy to get along with. Doesn't take much for me to have a great time. Some food and good conversation is all I usually need for an awesome night.
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy in life is make the most of the short time we have on this Earth. And my way of making the most of the time is by connecting to as many people in this world as possible. Its such a huge world with so many cultures it would be a waste to just stay in one's own bubble and not get out and see the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Going to hangouts and meeting up with fellow couch surfers. I love the Bay Area where I am from and I love to show everyone what a great place it is.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My couch surfing experience is meeting and talking to people who have done couch surfing and listening to all of their amazing and wonderful experiences.
Interests
I have been dancing as a hobby for the last 13 years of my life. Mostly break dancing but I have learned and dabbled in many other styles. I love everything about the dance culture.
I also love sports! My favorite is Baseball and Football, But I also love to play and watch other sports. A great day is watching a really good game and grabbing a couple beers.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite type of movies is definitely comedies. I love to laugh and have a great time.
I also listen to any kind of music that sounds good to me. I mostly listen to hip hop but depending on my mood i might be really into reggae, electronic, jazz, or rock.
My favorite types of books are nonfiction. I love to learn and I am constantly picking up new information through books. As for fiction I really enjoy sci-fi or fantasy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing I have done/seen was spending a summer studying abroad in Japan. It was the first time i spent a considerable amount of time away from home. The most amazing thing about the trip was meeting a ton of students from Japan and really getting to connect with them. Very interesting interacting with students from a completely different culture than myself. I am still friends with many of them to this day and I hangout/house a lot of them when they come to America to study.
Teach, Learn, Share
Spending a summer studying in Japan, I took a class called "community and everyday life in Japan." Although i didn't get to spend a lot of time there I did get a great crash course in Japanese culture through academia and though first hand experience with Japanese students. Always willing to share my lessons from that experience.
