About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Euro-Yoga mission! Germany, Netherlands and beyond. Get ready world, this yogi is coming at ya ;)
ABOUT ME
I live in my own little world. I can be very shy. Right now, I'm going to school-- I will probably be doing that for the rest of my life, though, which is okay by me. I've lived in Southern California for my entire life, and I plan to make my escape as soon as time allows.
**UPDATE** I did it folks. I moved last year (2012) to lovely San Francisco, where my world was rocked, shaken up a bit, and mended back together in the loveliest of ways. Some other-worldly momentum has brought me back here to Germany, where I am continuing to learn to just ride the currents that intersect with my life.....
PHILOSOPHY
Limits, rules, and borders are all poisons that we should continue to try and get rid of. I try to live with that thought in mind, and try to continually construct rather than destruct.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've made some genuine connections with those who have hosted me, and through random meet-ups with people. There are definitely much more flaky people on this site than I originally expected, but I guess you will always run into those types of people. I try my best to not be one of those people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first time CouchSurfing was in London and it happened quite randomly. My next surfing experience in Stockholm also happened quite randomly. I've come to realize that I enjoy the randomness of this site more than anything. Life is boring when you try to plan it out too much :)
Interests
music, Yoga, conversation, fresh fresh coffee, daydreaming, exploring, drinking tea, making things with my hands, cooking, getting lost, giggling, artistic collaborations, experimenting, slowing down, reading and re-reading and then re-re-reading some more, remembering that theory < practice.

Music, Movies, and Books
you want a list? I'd rather have a conversation :) Books, music, and movie interests can be quite a personal thing for a person. At the moment, all of these possessions of mine are back home since I had to move rather quickly from CA to Germany.... they're in storage though, somewhere, hopefully safe. Until we are united, I travel with all my Yoga and anatomy books, and for lit's sake I always have "Just Kids" (Patti Smith), "The Castle of Crossed Destinies" (Italo Calvino), and Hesse's "Steppenwolf." Take those as recommendations if you are lacking something to read. ;)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
all of it.
Teach, Learn, Share
we are all students, all teachers, in all that we do. I didn't really need a blurb-box to tell me that. let's get together and learn from each other.
I can cook some (vegetarian) Austrian meals for you, learn you some Yoga<3 write poems for you, and we can get as esoteric about it all as you please ;)
