ABOUT ME

I am 22 years old, living in Jerusalem for five months after having finished my undergrad program at NYU in Manhattan (amazing city). I discovered CS while studying abroad in Berlin (also amazing), and have loved it, although not had the most opportunities to use it, since. Right now I am studying in a Chabad womens yeshiva, although I am not chabad and not, by israeli standards, religious, because I am interested about knowing more of where I have come from, in order to get where i am going.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to not have to regret anything, so I live somewhat cautiously, but love taking risks or chances, especially when I am traveling, so if I make an ass of myself, it doesn't matter.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So I cannot offer a couch because I live in a Women's Yeshivah in Jerusalem, but I would love to explore the city with people coming to visit! I have also only been here for a few weeks, so how well I could show you around is debatable, but im great at wandering and finding new places!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

as an American,from the hurried and often harried east coast, the idea of couch surfing seems insane, and would probably horrify my parents, but through the experiences I have had, both being a guest and meeting new people in my own cities, I have realized and come to appreciate just how beautiful of and idea it really is. In a small way, couchsurfing is helping to resurrect the feeling of cooperation and global responsibility and friendship that has been lost.
