I'm a 26 year old Marketer and I grew up in Singapore (and still lives here!). I speak English and Mandarin.

I've stayed in USA (Upstate New York - Troy) for 5months in 2011 for an exchange program. Have been to the following places during my stay - New York City, Boston, New Jersey, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Florida, and parts of Canada such as Toronto, Quebec (I love!), Montreal

It always excite me to go to places I have not ventured before, no matter which part of the world it may be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I'm unable to host, I can bring people around Singapore if I'm available! Do let me know in advance (a week in advance would be great!). Otherwise I can give good advice on where you should venture in Singapore.

I really like to interact with people of different nationalities and culture, because through conversations I can really learn so much more from them than just from visiting touristy sites (though I still will visit touristy sites but I find interaction with locals enriches my trip even further!)

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly indie and alternative rock for music, like Coldplay, Lifehouse, Switchfoot, Anberlin(so bummed that they split). I enjoy trance music too, but i listen Armin's music mainly. I pretty much like many genres of movies, except horror or sci-fi.

In Jun 2015 I went on my first solo trip to USA (San Francisco, San Diego) and it was really awesome to meet new people along the way and I think I left a part of me in beautiful San Francisco!

I can share about Singapore (aka the little red dot). People are always amazed that 1) it is not in China 2) how developed we are 3) the crazy fines we have here! 4) English is our main language!
