ABOUT ME

I've just restarted University and this time I'll be studying to become a grade school teacher. The course is an international programme so I'm doing most of my studies in English.

I like getting to know new cultures and especially tasting local foods. I will pretty much eat anything that tastes good and wont kill me.

I've started diving a few years ago and I just love it. I haven't been able to get into the water in a while now and I'm just itching to get back in. If I could I would go underwater every day. Any tips on amazing dive destinations will be appreciated!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wanted to start Couch Surfing a few years ago, but somehow nothing really happened at that time. In the fall of 2011 I surfed for the first time in South Korea and had a really positive experience. I will definetily surf again.

At the moment I'd like to start hosting people, but because of my schedule I'll most likely only be able to host on weekends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing experiences were great and I met some awesome hosts. It was a perfect introduction to surfing. I didn't have any plans besides going to my destination and all of my hosts gave me lots of tips and ideas of what to do and where to go.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like old black and white movies though I don't have a chance to see them that often. I don't really have any specific favourite movies, what usually happens is that I open the tv and end up watching this weird movie that I decide that I like and which name I don't even know. (Though one good movie that I should mention is "My best friend is a Vampire") Currently I'm on a roll watching some awesome 80's movies.

In music my interests come and go. I, again, have no specific genre or group that I'm really interested in. I just like music that is good. In my life I usually just happen to run into movies, music or books that I like.

I like classics and mystery and crime novels the best. I wish I's have the time to read more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a bus from Vancouver to San Francisco, it only took about 27 hours, but it was an experience.

I got the opportunity to feed some elephants at a zoo and it was ridiculously amazing!

Recently one of the best experiences I had was my first time diving in warm waters. The richness of the colours and the variety of sea life is amazing.
