About Me

CURRENT MISSION

social-projects, entrepreneur, technologist...
I'm an engineer that likes to solve (and discuss!) problems worth solving...
raising my two daughters and doing everything with them for now!

ABOUT ME

In short, im just your typical world citizen.
For lack of a better label.

Grew up a bit in europe, but mostly in the southwest US. Since I was 13 or so been regularly moving to different places, meeting different people, cultures, languages...and learning to do new things. Its given me a pretty wide and greatly appreciated view of the world.

Couchsurfed through Europe in 2010 summer which was a blast. Before that also couchsurfed in 2006-2008 all through central america, and parts of south america. Which was more than a blast!

PHILOSOPHY

I wrote a book on this subject ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Been part of the guatemala central america couchsurfing collective. Couchsurfed through europe summer 2010 and hosted a few times between living in california, central america and now in europe. Been to a few local CS group meetings as well to meet bunchfulls of other CS'ers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been wonderful, had about 10 or so people hosted, and more than twice that many surfed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

wow they reaaalllly have alot of fields to fill in now...
note to CS: as a business, requiring more and more user info as the years go by = not good user-retention mechanism...

I would fill this field up with a novel anyway so I wont even try to answer or I wont stop ;)

Countries I’ve Lived In

Brazil, Cuba, Denmark, Guatemala, Israel, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United States
