About Me

At the age of 20 years old, I'm starting to know myself. I studied during two years an engineering degree, but I drop out due to existential doubts. A couple months later I started studying a degree in humanities, which probably tells a little bit about my interests.
Also, I'm the 2nd of three brothers. So yes, I'm the forgotten one xD. Not really. Lucky for me and my brothers, my parents, both Catalans, are pure love. With them I've traveled a little bit, but not out of Europe. For this, I'm eager.
During my free time, I like meeting my friends, playing chess with my brother and playing the guitar.
I could add that I'm pretty outgoing and I like to engage in meeting new people. And, with that, you already know a little bit of who I am :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Inspired by Chris McCandless, I've had the need for the past few months to solo travel for a few weeks. I feel this is a good way to reconcile myself with the idea of being alone and accept and understand who I want to be. However, not as a way of scaping other people, but in order to be more fully myself with others: the people who are nowadays in my life and those who I must encounter through the journey.
On the other hand, Couchsurfing seems to be a really good way to be part of a culture and to get out of your own cultural perspective. I am sure there are other options for this, but I do want to try this one! Right now I life with my parents so I can not offer a place to crush, but soon I will.

Music, Movies, and Books

As a genre, my favorite one is rap, although I love listening to soundtracks. If I had to choose one song for the rest of my life (which is incredibly haaaaaaaard) it would be Dorian Gray - Sharif, a Spanish rapper.
On the subject of movies, I cry with Good Will Hunting, but there are infinite more I actually adore: Fight Club, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Beautiful Boy... As to books, I am reading the Essays of Montaigne, and they are incredible.

PD: lately I'm wearing away a song called Something in the Orange by Zach Bryan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To be filled out.

PD: To that, I would like to add a reference to The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, quoting Major Tom's song:
"Standing there alone
The ship is waiting
All systems are go
Are you sure?
Control is not convinced
But the computer
Has the evidence
No need to abort
The countdown starts"
