WARNING TO YOU - re CANBERRA
Without your own car, very difficult to travel from Jervis Bay area to Canberra or Melbourne. It will take several steps hitch-hiking. Melbourne is best for the Young. Canberra is about as exciting as a dead cigarette butt.

Now I am looking to make friends, to meet up later - I love showing off Australia and hope to meet like minded people from around the world.

My main reason is to attract WWOOF'ers to collaborate with setting up an Eco-Lodge with Eco Farming (read Reconciliation Ecology, Perennial Polyculture, Permaculture, Biodiversity and animal welfare).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have looked after many young adults from all over and am excited with their future outlooks. Particularly, they seem well versed on Biodiversity and Eco Farming.
Couchsurfing is all about sharing experiences. This is a Shared House, not Grand Pa's Freebe house.

Assuming you are coming in 2017, I am on Couch Surfer, based in Huskiness and am happy to show you around Jervis Bay and also the Blue Mountains (I have a few acres there).
Also I am shortly (May) driving up to Byron Bay to explore Alternate Eco-Living - there are a couple of Open Days.

Developed a concept and built a prototype for the Dept. of Social Security, to interpret (apply) Australian (i.e.English style) Legislation & Administrative Interpretations, and then told it was an Expert System. Who knew??

This is the MAIN reason for being involved in CS.
Fantastic experience with mainly 20 to 45yo Travellers. Their eagerness to accept change and their Eco lifestyle (as against the Baby Boomers who were driven by Consumerism ), promotes a possessive outlook. I get a high when sharing experiences with these people.
