HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only ever hosted, answered questions about the area, and surfed a few times. I've never attended an event anywhere.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I tried couch surfing in Argentina, but I guess they get too many requests in those spectacular areas. I was successful with 1 person who showed me around Bariloche, which was great, because I finally got an Argentinian perspective! It can be tough when you're staying in hostels to meet people from the actual country you're visiting, rather than just fellow travelers like yourself.

in no particular order: I love being active! I do whatever's available in the area-sports, outdoor rec stuff, ultimate frisbee, kayaking, yoga, trail running, cycling, hiking, surfing... Also, reading, traveling, meeting interesting people, learning about new cultures.
