Trent and I are pretty easy-going. We like our food, our movies, our naps.

I'm an introvert, he's an extrovert. He cooks, I clean. He's handy, I'm not. Yin and yang.

As good Aucklanders do, we complain a lot about our city (traffic, weather, cost of living) but love it nonetheless, and would love to tell you all about it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We were introduced to CS through a friend and former flatmate, where we hosted a few surfers. This year we hosted a dozen or so travellers ourselves, from places ranging from the US to Sweden, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands. Now we're diving in ourselves as we travel around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumped out of a plane over Queenstown.

Drank from a waterfall in Milford Sound.

Swam through a cave in Koh Lanta.

Trent can tell you a bit about nearly everything, from cooking to motorbikes to doing backflips to random scientific facts.

I feel deeply and think a lot; love to discuss travel (obviously), cultural differences, passion and purpose, books and writing - anything is up for debate, really.
