About Me

*Got back on the platform, used to be verified thanks to hosting people*I am a traveller, a musician and a "former" dreamer :) Although I studied international relations and political science, with a minor in sociology, my primary passion is music, which is what I follow now. I compose my own music, do arrangements and recordings professionally and play at venues with different bands. I hosted many friends from CS, as well as exchange students throughout the years. So far, I've been to 30 countries until the pandemic, but it is never enough. Life is a journey. Hope to get back on traveling soon

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a blast. It is by far the best way to connect people from all over the world sharing more or less the same spirit and passion for traveling and exploring.

Interests

Im into self development, reading and philosophizing over a few cans of beer, also growing interests in AI, coginitve sciences, neuroscience and futurism. Im a guitar player and a singer, also been learning flamenco, for which I volunteered at a hostel in Sevilla and took classes there. I've been taking professional singing classes for a while, which has completely transformed my stage life from a guitarist to a singer now. I am all for long jam nights, live music bars, intellectual conversations, creative ideas and you name it! Let me learn from you and teach you whatever I may.

Music, Movies, and Books

Literature is another interest for me. A friend once said that literature has the power to transmit what ideologies or religions cannot, which I truly understand now. I love reading Nikos Kazancakis, Herman Hesse and Milan Kundera, as well as more psychology related books by authors like Viktor Frankl and Rollo May.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess that's all about the genuine connection you have with the other
