Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly because of the local experience: people, stories, places, what the usual tourists don't see.
I admire the idea behind the CS community (unfortunately, I am not able to host at the moment). I truly wish to share, listen, learn and spread love :)

Movies - the classics are always a good choice (Hitchcock, Fellini, Kubrick) but I am not afraid to test the waters. Some of my favourite directors are: Wong Kar-wai, Wes Anderson, Richard Linklater, Hayao Miyazaki.
And I can admit, there are times when I curl into a ball and comfort myself with a cheap romcom.
