HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My last three stays in the USA and in Istanbul led me to wish to share the couch surfing experience in france. I love both meeting new people as well as discovering places I would have never gone to without my hosts.
I am convinced that meeting people during a trip is the BEST way to enjoy a trip by getting closer to their culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Lastely, we made a road trip with my friend and got to met so many amazing couchsurfing people, from New Orleans to Chicago. 3 years ago, I visited Istanbul, satyed 5 days with a super host (I say super, because he really is: he hosted 2 other couples, with the same kindness).
And before this: a marvellous trip (beginning in Califonia and finishing Boston, and in between Chicago and NYC with 2 German friends.

Musics and questionning why do people play music, and why they listen ot it, but also typical local food, to walk a lot and get lost in cities, mountain hiking, all kind of museums, art history...

Funk, hip hop, jazz, classical music: too hard to chose but right now : miles davis, Mingus, Madlib, The roots, PJ Harvey, Ma rainey, Orange blossom, Quantic, dirty dozen brass band, carlinos brown, Georges Brassens....
Same as music, too hard to choose but : Hemingway, Jane Austen (mmmm!), Virginia Woolf, Ernst Gombrich, leroy jones, Steinbeck....
