I am Wildlife Biologist, avid outdoors-man, SCUBA diver and traveler. I would go to every country on this planet of I could. I love meeting new people, exploring new cultures, and a good old fashion spontaneous adventure. I am an environmentalist with a love of the natural world, Costa Rican coffee and going barefoot.

I have traveled to over 50 counties. Most of Europe, Central and South America the Mediterranean, and Northern Africa. I did most of my traveling on my own and on a serious budget.

Without the help of some of the awesome people that I met along the way I never would have been able to see all the places I have. I am Couchsurfing to pay it forward.

Aside from traveling - SCUBA, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, surfing, zip-lining , skydiving, cycling ....practically anything with and adrenaline rush.
