About Me

CURRENT MISSION

news of the termination of our mission has yet to reach us.

ABOUT ME

Ehsan and Josh were students who lived in a shared house in Camden. Since the whole world was in London already, they decided never to travel anywhere but instead invite people to come and entertain them.

Since they both moved out, flat sixty six now exists in a psychological space they share alone and sometimes together.

Interests

music (making in particular, listening also; jazz, early, etc), quiet interesting conversation. Those kinds of things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

With her stark, proto-Mongolian features, she looked like an inhabitant of the place our destination was called before it was “New York” - from when it went by its Native American name; Kanonoge, Place of Reeds. “Great seats,” she said - sarcastically; we could see no more of the sky than we would have had we been travelling to the New World through a tunnel (meanwhile, the passengers, eager at 37000 feet to watch a film about a talking spider, had drawn down their blinds to block out the sunlight).

A descendant of eagle or mountain lion or other forest spirit, she drank down Fire Water greedily until night fall thousands of miles away from my home and I started wishing I hadn’t left. I wanted to travel back in time to before there was any such place as “The United States of Whatever”.

The next morning, hand in hand and fresh from sleep, we woke up 3500 years away, surrounded by reeds and the pictures of surprised young polar bears I had doodled furiously through the night; wide-eyed and white, amazed by everything in the world.
