Most importantly, the concept of this website has always been present in the Moroccan culture and our religion in which hospitality is considered a prayer; same as all other acts of kindness.

For e.g. some years ago, (and somehow still), some of my family members (like several other Moroccans), whenever they meet a foreigner(s)/ traveler(s), they invite them to "eat something" (lunch/ dinner and/or drink Moroccan tea) and then we convince them to stay over until the next morning or more.
So, when I came across this website, I was thrilled to do more of this act whenever I can, not necessarily only when I or my family meet someone lost in the streets of Tangier.
