About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My wife and I travel a lot. We currently live on our family city farm outside Portland. My wife has joined the Merchant Marine and is under way in the Pacific. We will soon be buying a summer home in Italy near Naples. I love to build and am building a medium size duck pond and next summer a new barn here on the property. Good travel connections to Portland and surrounding area. Free access to our beach cabin in Lincoln City. Currently teaching on-line Conversational English Classes. My wife is a Russian native and loves to cook.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have done many from jumping out of airplanes to teaching English in Vietnam. Let's talk!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach archery, gymnastics, rifle marksmanship, fire building, wilderness survival, speed reading, swimming, snorkeling, SCUBA, skiing, tennis, and the list goes on and on. I really have taught all of the above activities and been certified in most of them.
Learning the list is endless. I am always learning new things. The latest was how to butcher a pig here on the farm.
Sharing??? Don't know what this means. I can help in many ways.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Well, tales of adventure, how to build a zip line, helping fix computers, helping fix electrical wiring (I was a licensed electrician for awhile), plumbing, most building skills, gardening. pruning, herding of animals, raising chickens. What it's like to: be in the Army, to teach High School, to be married to a Russian(!!! very interesting the cross cultural things to look for), to travel around the world, to live in war zones, to repair cars.....
I'm sorry. I've visited many, many countries and lived in quiet a few. Too many to list.
Countries I’ve Visited
England, France, Italy, Malaysia, Malta, Russian Federation
Countries I’ve Lived In
Ecuador, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Viet Nam
