CURRENT MISSION

My mission objective is to work on an animated film whilst travelling all over the world. And meeting interesting new people as I do.

ABOUT ME

I have always traveled and love seeing the world with my eyes (and stomach) rather than through pictures. I grew up in Amsterdam and a small village in France (lots of back and forth) and have recently spent two years in London for studies.

I tend to be quite bouncy, love to dance and am a bit of a geek depending on the subject.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm still figuring it out, but also am getting myself and my house together. I can not host people yet because of this and a suddenly very busy work schedule, but will do my best to do so in the future!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm completely, totally and utterly new to this and quite unsure about the usual things like... safety? But my friends tell me it's awesome, so I figured I'd give it a go!

Interests

I've been dancing Lindyhop (1920s-30s jazz dance) for a good few years now and travel quite a bit because of it. I've turned my art/animation/film-love into my profession directing short animated films. I'm also a lecturer in the field at a Dutch university.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived between two countries for four years, travelling back and forth every four days. I feel like there's more amazing stuff I've done, but can't think of much except for that time I accidentally knocked a beer out of Nick Cave's hand...
