Originally from the US, I have lived in the UK for over a decade, predominantly in the Lake District, which is a great place to play in a beautiful landscape and live creatively.

I have the aspiration for a lifestyle that isn't too fixed, either in schedule, location or company. I'd love to find ways to make life and work creative, fluid, interesting and based on warm, positive person-to-person human experiences. I also like the idea of being able to offer a traveler somewhere comfortable to rest... sharing experiences and interesting conversation is a bonus!
