ABOUT ME

I think people would describe me as a lover of all things old fashioned, silly more often than not, and a decent cook. I am passionate about being outdoors and seeing the world. I am currently in the process of a career change from engineer to cheesemaker and am moving from the east coast to the west coast to do so. I enjoy people who love life, learning, and are up for anything. Food, music, books, the environment, politics, social justice, and beards are just a few of my favorite conversation topics. I also have terrible dance moves that I use frequently.

I can teach you how to make goat cheese, bread, yogurt, ravioli or any other food from scratch. I can teach you how to play banjo as it will most definitely be in my car. I will also, potentially, teach you some sweet dance moves.
