About Me
The first thing you need to know about me is that I love stories! It sounds a bit silly like that but my whole life is based on it... That's why I love travelling and meeting new people, hitchhiking around, working in hospitality in Europe - and hopefully in Canada soon -, being on CouchSurfing, ...
I work one season at the time. Winter for the mountains covered by snow, the cold outside and the warmth of fireplaces, snowboarding on a clear day, hot chocolate and cheese meals. Summer for the blue of the sky, the sea salt on skins, the sweat of a nice walk, and the sun warming bodies and souls. And seasons because it's short but intense!
I like to have two speeds. One is fast, dynamic and noisier: meeting a lot of people, jumping from a place to another, etc. The other is slow, calm and more silent: take the time to become comfortable with the people I met, spend more time in one place to really understand it, ...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I think the best part of a trip is to meet people from the country! Let's be honest: it's not easy but it's worth it...
Interests
I like writing postcards and having a cup of tea, just to think and keep in touch with people. I can't slouch around too much time without become crazy but I like doing nothing else than talking for long. I love cooking and making cocktails :)
I recently started indoor climbing. Oh my! It's amazing! I'd like to try it outdoor as well!
And, still on sport, I like to snowboard. Going down slopes with (almost) no one is a real sensation of freedom <3

Music, Movies, and Books
I didn't read a lot this past few years but I like it... I love "Silk" by Alessandro Baricco and "Neige", "le Violon Noir",... by Maxence Fermine.
I now have a crush on Jules Vernes and his fantastic stories!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was in Montreal and thinking about visiting NewYork but I was afraid to go alone. My roommates talked with me and 4 days later I was in a bus, on my own, on the road to NYC for a long week-end! I'm really proud of myself for doing that!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love food so obviously I can share a good meal!
