About Me
"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt". I'm not quite as proficient in ignoring this as most people in my hometown, but fear not, I'm no fan of awkward silences either, and enjoys silliness in myself and others. To live in this very rainy city humor is required, although my sense of it, like the city itself, can probably be a bit quirky. I like to talk about food, travels and enjoy self-depreciation and a jolly good moan about the bad weather. A big pessimist, so I tend to be positively surprised by almost everything and anyone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Even though I've experienced everything in the past, present and future (through my books) I love to travel and meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Voracious reader of books about everything from Soviet Bus Stops to Beat Poetry. Bad taste in music and movies, though I try to be considerate.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Took my morning jog around the Acropolis while living in Athens.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Wine and stories. Unfortunately there's only room for one surfer at a time, as my flat is centrally located but not very spacious.
