About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Pursuing happines with diligence"

ABOUT ME

A fairly laidback guy. After finishing my studies I have settled for a while in Oslo for work. Except for a pinch of seriousness in my work I don't have much other ambitions than just doing all the things that I enjoy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted my first couple of couchsurfers while staying in Bergen. Had a really good time hanging out with these guys from the Netherlands. Got inspired for doing some traveling myself during the summer. Since then I've been on a few trips and had many great experiences much thanks to the fun people I've met on the way.

Sadly I am currently in between appartments and cannot host.

Interests

Music! Playing and listening to..mostly rock/heavy/metal. Enjoy snowboarding, traveling, hiking, food, good movies, hanging out with friends and meeting new people as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

Hmm..movies..pretty much anything Tarantino (Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill), Sin City, Donnie Darko, Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas. Also I really like the films by David Lynch. I think Inland Empire might be my favourite.

I like to listen to a lot of different Music, but is mostly into various genres of metal. Bands I like include Baroness, Mastodon, Gojira, Colour Haze, Ulver..among many many others.

When it comes to books, I don't read that much, but really enjoy Terry Pratchet & Neil Gaiman (Good Omens, American Gods..)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking a roadtrip visiting wineyards in southern ontario was pretty amazing. Really nice scenery and great small towns along the way.

Traveling with a good friend a few summers back in b.c. we decided to take a random stop and a walk by a forrest path. All of a sudden there's a huge pit with a massive waterfall. Pretty epic!

Going to Russia and getting to know people with barely any wordly communication.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Russian Federation, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, Norway
