Overview
About Me
I'm a Welsh boy (I still find it weird to think I'm a man) teaching English in Catalonia. My spare time is spent playing the guitar badly, rock climbing, hiking or cycling and having absurd conversations. Also 90s video games are a massive interest for me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm new to this, but I've finally decided to stop making excuses and travel while meeting cool people (such as yourselves).
Interests
I love studying languages, reading about 20th century history and anything related to the 1980s.
And I have a near encyclopaedic knowledge of The Simpsons.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite book is The Outsider by Albert Camus and most things by Stephen King.
The last five artists I've listened to are: Public Service Broadcasting, Simon & Garfunkel, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Gruff Rhys and Bruce Springsteen.
I like to think I have a good taste in movies, such as Pulp Fiction, Fargo and Good Will Hunting, but I also like films starring Jean Claude Van Damme and Steven Seagal, so I don't know what to think.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I played the harp in front of a thousand people when I was 14, which was simultaneously the most exhilarating and terrifying experience of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have no real practical information to teach you other than how to cook a decent curry. Other than that I can offer an abundance of useless bits of trivia that have no application to real life.
I'm happy to learn one new thing every day :)
