ABOUT ME

I'm a 19 year old german, travelling currently around nowhere. I like travelling around and because i'm still new here, i hadn't the chance to host so far.

I love to spend time with my friends, having a bbq, drinking beer, joking around and philosophizing about stupid things.

I think, that i'm a pretty relaxed guy, sometimes a little bit lazy and calm, but also helpful, if there is anything to do.

In future i really want to learn some cooking and movie-editing.

PHILOSOPHY

I think i'm pretty much open for anything. So far i don't have a thing like a slogan/motto.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Until June 2012, i will spend my time surfing around Australia, Japan and Indonesia, after that, i will start to host aswell.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first Surfexperiences, were in Adelaide and Renmark, SA. Both times it was a totally awesome experience, because i realized, how awesome couchsurfing really is. So Far it made my trip even more enjoyable, than it was before and i hope, that i will have some more positive experiences in the future.

兴趣

I think i'm pretty interested in many different things.

-Spending time with friends
-Movie-Cutting/Editing (but not very experienced yet)
-Sports (a little bit of soccer, handball); i also really like spring-board diving in the summer.
-History, Politics (because i think you can learn very much from it)
-Music (mostly Hip Hop, but i'm pretty open for anything)

I think i make a cut here still having the feeling, that i forgot some things, but if you want to know more about my interests, feel free to ask.

Movies: There are so many nice movies, my favorites are probably "Back in the Future" and "Fight Club"... but there are so many others, i can't list them all. But you can say i'm pretty much into senseless Action-Movies. :)

Music: I mainly listen to German Rap (Prinz Pi, Huss und Hodn, Kollegah etc. etc.) and American Rap (Vinnie Paz, Jedi Mind Tricks, 2Pac etc. etc.). But i also like Rock (Foo Fighters, Muse, Coldplay), Reggae (old stuff basically and Electronic Stuff(Prodigy, F.O.O.L), just that what sounds good to me.

Books: My All-Time Favorites are Beat the Reaper (Josh Bazell, such a funny book, i laughed while reading), Brave New World (shockingly up to date), Eragon, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit (Fantasy or Youth Fiction) and i really liked Michael Kohlhass and The Sorrows of Young Werther to mention some School lecture i enjoyed. Yes, that is possible! :D Of course there are so many other good stories, i forgot about and that i want to read in the future

-visiting the kings canyon with the Garden of Eden in Australia, beautiful spot

-spending holiday in Italy with my closest friends

-diving in the Great Barrier Reef near Cairns and seeing a big turtle and a shark
