I am a Norwegian boy who enjoys life. I consider myself an open minded human being who is socially aware and far from shy. I am currently studying teaching at the University of Oslo, with one year left before I've finished my master. I enjoy working out, meeting new people, travelling, reading books and watching movies.

I'm couch surfing because:

1. I like to travel; I like to meet new people, form acuintences have meaningful conversations with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
2. I don't have much money
3. I have no place to stay (in the period I'm looking to couch surf)
4. I prefer sleeping on the couch (hehe xd).

When it comes to music, I enjoy hip hop, jazz, various types of electronic music and classical rock.

In regards to books, I prefer English literature over Norwegian; especially from the late Romantic and early Realist periods. I just started reading some Russian literature as well, and especially find Dostojevskij absolutely fascinating.

My favorite movies are (among others) The fantastic Mr. Fox, A knights tale, Anchorman and Fight Club.

I play the piano. I've been told I'm a great conversational partner. I have many different interest and like to discuss everything from politics to religion, or just blabbering about everyday topics.
