ABOUT ME

I'm from outside Chicago and live in Brooklyn. Working on my master's at NYU studying sustainable community development and urban agriculture. Spending the summer on a research fellowship in Madrid, and traveling around Spain!

I'm a vegetarian and love to bike, drink beer, people watch, try new things, and meet new people!

I first caught the travel bug while studying abroad in Copenhagen in 2008 and have traveled a bunch through Europe and a bit in the Middle East, with so much more on my list! My grandfather made it to all 50 states in the US before he died, which is a legacy I want to carry on so I've got some work to do domestically too!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined when I couch surfed during some travels in Europe with a friend a few years ago and got involved with the CS community while living in Israel during a fellowship in 2010-2011.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

surfed with a few people, became friends with some folks in the Jerusalem/Israel CS community
