ABOUT ME

I'm a professional pastry chef, food specialist and culinary enthusiastic.

I have been living in Bangkok for the last 10 years.

At my current phase in life ,and after spending long periods of time in different countries (mainly France and Australia) ,I have settled down in Bangkok with one mission in mind : learning a culture and learning about myself.

At present,I'm practicing my profession as a pastry chef and the owners of a French style bakery business here in Bangkok, but never forgetting the passion to explore and learn about people and cultures.

Movies(mainly drama), literature , philosophy,psychological, spirituality.

Languages - I love the process of learning a new language, and the way our cultures express themselves through language.
