About Me

Hey-hey!)
I'm Kate and here are some facts about me:

• who I am: now an English teacher for kids in Wenzhou, China. Have a diploma of material-science engineer, choreographer in past. A little bit traveler, open-hearted and open-minded. Big fan of telling and listening to different stories. Dancer. Explorer. Searcher. Vegetarian :)

• what I can: I rent an apartment in Wenzhou, so I know what is to cook, to keep a flat clean and to organize everyday adult life. I can sing Russian (and some Ukrainian) songs, play the guitar and piano. I can drink wine a little bit, but most of all like tea. I'll be both glad to climb a mountain and visit a party :)

• What I don't like: totally drunk people, eggs, violence.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I usually travel by myself in order to learn more about the culture and everyday life of citizens. So for me couchsurfing is a good opportunity to find a company for my weekend and a way to experience the real life of a place where I go.

Interests

I'm passionate about dance, all kinds of sports, reading, travelling and meeting new people. Been to a lot of places around Russia and not too many in Europe or other parts of the worls. I'm always eager to go in for sports, to do different activities and to learn more and more about the world around us.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Don't suppose it to be amazing, but it's important for me. The first thing is that I have arranged a dancing team in university, the main idea of which is that the dance is not what you repeat after the choreographer, but what comes out of your soul, no matter the level of your skills. The second thing is that i've made a decision to go for two years in the middle of Russia to be a teacher in the village school.
