He was born in 1986 to State Theatre and movie artists Hatice Aslan and Hakki Ergok in Izmir.After elementary school, he was accepted toHacettepe Uni. State Conservatory, Percussion Section in Ankara.In 2000, he moved to Istanbul. He continued his Percussion study in Mimar Sinan Uni. State Conservatory.In summer of 2003, he completed Art&Crafts certificate program with an honors degree fromWellington College, in Berkshire, England.In 2004, he studied painting and fresco restoration inIstituto Per L’Arte e il Restauro - Palazzo Spinelli in Florence.Within this period, he practiced many different professions such as program manager and DJ at Radio Contact, TV host at Digiturk Snek TV, PR manager and brand consultant for many known international establishments such as W Hotel, GarajIstanbul, W Hotel MinionIn 2007, he studied Graphic Design at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts Uni.After graduation, he completed his internship as a Jr.Art Director at Alametifarika.Alametifarika have ranked eight globally in the Effie Awards Most Effective Agencies list.He is also a professional DJ and have played many well known clubs such as House of Yes Brooklyn, 837 NYC, Gold Bar, Indigo, Minimuzikhol and brand organizations such asVersace, Tommy Hilfiger, Soho House, Saat&Saat, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Istanbul andNew York Fashion Week.In 2013, he worked in an Art Department in a movie named ‘Baskin’ directed by Can Evrenol.Film’s art direction was praised as Disorienting and Brilliant by Eli Roth.Baskin won many awars in many international festivals like Film4 Frightfest London, Fantastic Fest Austin TX,SITGES International Fantastic Film Festival Catalonia.Same year, he also worked as an Associate Art Director in movie ‘Panzehir’ (Antidote) starred by Cünet Arkin, Emin Boztepe and Edoardo Costa, directed by Alper Caglar.In October 2014 he founded and designed a Gallery / Cafe named UNION 22 in Istanbul. In a really short time UNION 22 has become a hip place for Istanbul’s fashionable and artists society.Currently, he continues his artworks in his studio in Manhattan.So far he participated 3 successful exhibition in New York.His latest artworks has been shown and sold at Scope International Art Show New York.
