My work revolves around women empowerment, ancestral and trauma healing.

I am an artist and certified Slavic Gymnastics and Sacred Folk Dance for Women Instructor, somatic therapist and regression therapist, leading Women Circles with embodiment practices, womb healing and nervious system work.

We use breath, voice, movement, touch and art, as well as depth psychology and astrology to transmute stuck energy, emotions and negative patterns.
