About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Writing my diploma thesis and graduating from university before Christmas.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Philipp, 25 years old and for the rare moment not traveling. Usually very curious about getting to know new places, people and cultures. interested in architecture and design, odds, habits and similarities all over the world

PHILOSOPHY

being lucky to live in the best possible world so far.. whereas world doesn't mean internationally but the opportunities I personally have: living in a united europe with no more borders between countries or people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Did a lot of airbnb-travelling in 2013/14 but didn't like it too much. too many hosts just making some easy money… met a few really awesome hosts though, which I don't want to miss. these really offered couch or bed for the purpose I like so much about couchsurfing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

starting to offer my own couch right now, before I was just lucky surfing couches around Europe since most of the time I was, am and will be on the road myself. However: best availability until mid of August.

Interests

enjoying life, no matter where, no matter when.

Music, Movies, and Books

music: german / french / some US rap-music on the one hand as well as hardcore-punk on the other hand.

movies: trainspotting, boondock saints, the big lebowski, guy ritchie-stuff plus some german movies

books: mostly german-tongue writers (e.g. Dürrenmatt), but for international writers: Malcolm Gladwell writes remarkably!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking Europe

Teach, Learn, Share

teach german swear words, learn about local food and culture and always share a good time

What I Can Share with Hosts

uuhhh.. a lot i think, which i wouldn't like to restrict to a few keywords within this box.. but definitely some sophisticated conversations if there's a some good spirits on the table
