Overview
About Me
i don't like using capital letters. what makes them so special? it's always hard to fill these things out... i am a mostly laid back person, although i am pretty particular about cleanliness in my home and surroundings. i am somewhat quiet, but also can be very social. i am active and like to spend as much time as possible outside. i live like 10 km from the beach, so riding my bike (i have 1 or 2 extra usually) to the beach (and all over town) is one of my favorite activities. i run 5Ks pretty regularly. i go kayaking a ton in the warmer months and have a couple extra yaks at my house. i love plants and have a spring/summer garden almost always. i am not a big coffee drinker, but i love my tea! i am figuring out how to travel the world and get paid for it... would love to be a future expat.
**UPDATE**
i am currently living in a 20 ft travel trailer that is under renovation, so hosting is not ideal at the moment.

i once saved a small child from drowning in the winter at the beach.. the water was very cold.
Teach, Learn, Share
i believe that people can learn so much just by listening to different perspectives and talking with people from different parts of the world. i am starting to realize that we are all a lot more alike than we are different.
