Overview
About Me
I’m an Australian-German with a good sense of humour and adventure, and after a few years of hopping around, settled myself in Berlin while travelling as much as possible. This city is now my (beloved) home and most recently I owned my own cafe here where I cooked and baked everything myself (vegan and vegetarian) so I love sharing my knowledge and passion for this with others in their homes.
I most recently travelled throughout India meeting with people in small villages to help young girls (and boys!) better understand menstruation and ‘smash shame’ and the misunderstanding of the topic in some of the communities.
I love really good chuckle, hiking, yoga, a glass of wine, cooking and baking, eating a delicious meal, dancing & music and find stimulating conversation important. I can talk just as well as I can listen :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To get to know the place better, and those who open their homes to others are the kind of people I like to get to know. There’s 1000 interesting stories to hear :D

Music, Movies, and Books
Hip hop is my first love but I’m a festival junkie for all kinds of genres. My favourite series would be The Simpsons (yeah I quote it too much), The Wire and recent book would be Bad Feminist. Podcasts keep me entertained and giggling when I’m cleaning my bathtub.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
