About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to explore beautiful places and make great friends along the way.

ABOUT ME

I am a 25 year old nurse who loves traveling, learning, spending time with friends, and having a good time!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a great gift that I intend to fully enjoy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I guess I do more hosting than surfing lately, but both are fun!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed on several occasions while traveling, mostly just in New Mexico and Colorado. But hosting is always fun. Especially when you live in such a beautiful town and like to show it off! I have had nothing but good experiences with CouchSurfing!

Interests

Anything health related, cooking, juicing, traveling, hiking, shopping, friends, trampolines, the ocean, mountains, animals...

Music, Movies, and Books

Love Actually, The Holiday, Finding Nemo, Elf, and the Little Mermaid
My favorite music changes a couple times every year but I always enjoy Coldplay and Girltalk
The Hours (the book, although the movie's good too), anything by F. Scott Fitzgerald, J.D. Salinger, or Louise Rennison

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just spent a week as a volunteer nurse at a camp for children with chronic diseases. Not that all children aren't amazing, but just spending a week with those guys was life changing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I recently learned to take time every day to think about what I'm thankful for. As cheesy as that sounds it's an easy way to stop, think, and slow things down when life feels too fast. Also a good reminder to share what makes you happy with others. I want to learn how to meditate, but at the same time am scared. This is my first baby step.

Countries I’ve Visited

Ukraine
