I'm passionate about community-based renewable energy and solutions to climate change. I love learning about the world and meeting new people. I'm also a yoga teacher and Iike to share yoga with others! I've spent the past 5 years in NYC, but I'm moving to Nairobi Kenya in October 2015 to work in solar energy in East Africa.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am inspired by the CS philosophy and hope to get more involved, and welcome strangers into my life through couchsurfing and in everyday experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed in Israel and Ireland and I'm excited to do some more! I haven't had the opportunity to travel abroad in the past few years, but I am currently in Europe for September 2015 for a vacation on my way to moving to Nairobi, Kenya. Once I arrive in Nairobi in October, I will be open to hosting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to Israel, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain, Morocco, Turkey, Germany & India to learn about the Jewish communities. One moment that sticks out is waking up at dawn to go to a Buddhist temple in Dharamsala, India.
