CURRENT MISSION

I'm looking to travel the world - to be re-inspired to do great things, by meeting people who can share their experience, and taking a second to take in the moment, which I rarely have time to do while working.

ABOUT ME

I am a person divided between two worlds, the love for a career, and the love to travel and the outdoors. I spend my days working, but spend my time dreaming either up cool places I'd like to go or businessess I'd like to start. I consider myself a creationist since I like creating things and love picking up new talents. Staying busy is not hard for me since I get interested in many things all too quickly. Couch surfing will give us plenty of time to share life stories, hobbies and interests.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently traveling which means I don't have a place to provide, but I hope to meet people who I can return the favour along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed for my first time in 2008 with two really good friends of mine when we drove through Utah....we thought it would be a great way to meet people. It was scary at first, the phone call to discuss meeting up, driving up to the house, a little bit of nerves as we passed by the house, unsure what couch surfing protocol is. Questions ran through our mind like, who is this person? are they going to hurt us? is this safe? Sure enough we walk in and are greeted by the most amazing individual. This man opened a place in his heart for a weary stranger, and so begain our 3 day roomate which we cooked for each other and shared stories. We left him with a parting gift to remember us by...and I'll never forget passing through the small town of st. george - Utah.

I realized its the people you meet, that make a place, not where you go, and so I swore yo myself that I will need to couch surf more as I travel the world.

Interessi

I am in to literally every outdoor activity. My bucket list includes about 20 new ones I'd like to master, which means I need to get a move on.

My main interests are rock climbing, guitar/music, mountain biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, caving, canyoneering and canoeing.

Things I'd like to try:
- surfing! hangliding, skydiving, kiteboarding, windsurfing, white water rafting/kayaking/canoeing, sailing, building guitars/canoes, painting, spanish, italian, working in another language, selling a business idea,

I love TV shows: The united states of Tara, Dexter, True blood, entourage, lie to me, anything discovery channel.

Movies: love em but have a horrible memory for names.

Books: Alchemist, 4 hour work week

- I started a guitar school in university to raise money for charity.

- I spent a year as a frosh leader helping students transition in to first year university, and council them through their time.

- I started a leadership camp for youth which tok them on week long trips in to the wilderness and taught them how to trust themselves, gain new skills and learn to work well with others.

I started rock climbing 5 years ago, and have been working towards my climbing goals. I recently climbed my highest cliff at 2,500 ft spending a night on a small ledge with my partner and climbing with only a headlamp for parts of it.

I am one of those people that has pocked up many skills along the way, I love hobbies, and I've always been the type to take the time and teach my friends.

I have taught guitar, rock climbing and I'm always passionate sharing my interests and hobbies with others.

My career passion lies in consulting for small businesses, and would always love more experiences taking companies from good to great.
