i'm just starting to learn how to appreciate each moment, no-matter how "insignificant". i have an insatiable curiosity for travel, books, art, and especially music. my friends are my world and my inspiration. together we make myth and magic. i think its a shame that there are so many people on this planet that i will never get to know... so this, here, is an attempt to remedy that as much as i can.

well.... i offer my participation in the form of an ear, an eye and a voice. i'm open to anything, but as a new member i'm afraid i've no history of participation.

movies: the fountain, sex and lucia, house of yes, secretary, waking life, red violin, dirty dancing, saddest music in the world, the unbarable lightness of being, a bronx tale...

books: im a bookworm. currently reading "tropic of cancer" by henry miller. some authors: jeanette winterson, bulgakov, milan kundera, george klima, salman rushdee, herman hesse, tom robbins, dostoevsky. some books: the fifth sacred thing, too loud a solitude, english patient, the alchemist, lolita, count of monte cristo, memoirs of a geisha, blindness.(im a sucker for poetry too: octavio paz, jeffrey mcdaniel, and rumi are my current loves.)
