About Me
CURRENT MISSION
live the fullest most completely culturally aware and eye opening year abroad that I can
ABOUT ME
Oh, gosh, I am so talkative, that seems like a lot of information to unload on someone. Well, things to know, I'm suuper outgoing, I love to travel, and I'm really interested in learning new languages and getting to know new people. I'm a senior in my Spanish major this year. I'm also studying Middle Eastern and North African International Studies, and within that major, I am studying Arabic. I just decided to start taking French this past year, as well. So that's fun and interesting! I think my majors reflect my dedication to learning about people, both how they are different, and how they are similar. All the time, I find that we are more similar than we think, and all the time, I am finding the loveliest differences.
PHILOSOPHY
Honesty.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am just beginning, I had a really lovely time couchsurfing in Paris, and am looking forward to continuing in my travels through the site. I can't host at the moment because I live with my mother, but when I get a place of my own, I look forward to hosting. I love showing people around, so if you're in Fort Collins, or the front range area,, get a hold of me and I'll take you to my favorite places!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Some of the best stories of my life have been based off of the kindness and trust of strangers, many of the funnest times I've ever had have been the totally spontaneous adventures brought on by people I didn't know the night before, but who ended up friends for life along the journey. I've used the site a little, with GREAT outcomes, and have met some amazing people through this project.
Interests
languages, literature, travel, music (I don't play anymore, but I sing, and I intend to learn the cello), the sky, walking out in the open air, learning how to play soccer (badly), silliness, climbing buildings, changing seasons, personal growth, getting to know the world and the people in it a little bit better every day.
