As of January 2018 I gave up my stable routine as a program coordinator with a job I loved, to 'travel.'
So far, I have mainly been doing front-line activism, supporting Indigenous communities that are opposing industrial projects on their land and in their water; and spending lots of time with family.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe one doesnt really see a place until they connect with the local people.
I am weening off of a consumerist lifestyle and live on savings, the longer I can make that last, the longer I can continue to vagabond, so I tend to live very simply and cheaply.
