I’m Lena from Kyiv, currently I work as a brand manager in the fashion industry in Ukraine.

A bit about me:
- I’ve got 9 years of marketing experience.
-I’m super curious and love diving into personal growth. Last year, I started studying Gestalt therapy, and this year, I’m learning body-oriented therapy.
- Books are a big part of my life—I usually read 5-6 a month.
- I’m all about self-reflection and personal development.
- I’m part of a running club and run three times a week.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve been lucky enough to be part of some international NGOs when i studied at the Univ. That experience helps me meet a lot of interesting people, and make friends I still talk to years later. One of my friends in this NGO community told me about CouchSurfing and that's why I decided to register here.

Interests

When I’m not working, reading or running, I’m probably hiking, doing yoga, enjoying essential oils, or vibing to some good music.
