About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To improve, and become a better person than I was yesterday.
ABOUT ME
I grew up and spent my whole life here in Porto Alegre. My parents came from cities in the country, Caxias (which is filled with italian immigrants and Passo Fundo. As an italian I have a great love for food, and my german side makes me want to create and keep things clean and functional.
I am usually in a good mood, and I do joke a lot. I think that there are times in life when you need to be serious, but other than those, there is no reason why you shouldn't relax and try to draw a smile. I can be seen walking around streets or parks singing and observing birds. I am curious, I like to question things and I like to use my imagination to try to come up with different solutions for problems.
PHILOSOPHY
I firmly believe that actions are louder than words.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first experience was in Florianopolis with Paula, which turned out to be amazing. Later on I met fellow couch surfers either for just a meal or to go out camping. I haven't had one thing to complain about till this day!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Diving in the sea was an unique experience for me, mainly because you have to be in control and aware of several things that we do without thinking here at the surface. Between controlling your breathing and learning to swim and move very slowly, you have to get used to having no peripherical vision and keep your nerves in check, because some of the exercises are a little demanding. The exercise where you flood your mask and learn to unflood it is a particular one that you are very likely to swallow some water, and then your whole body seems to be wanting to tell you that you should swim for the surface as fast as possible. Of course you can´t do that, so you have to remain calm and try not to panick. Luckily I had a wonderful teacher and a great team with me at the time, and we all had a lot of fun.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have given classes at the university in engineering, and I have also helped friends with english, math, boxing and how to play frisbee. Teaching is one of the things I enjoy doing.
