A lot has changed in the past few years. My new mission is living outside 'the system' as much as possible. Just a wandering nomad with no vehicle...makes life interesting!

ABOUT ME

Travel, Music, Adventure. I love to read, to wander and get lost in new places, and to learn something new every day. Expand my consciousness. To mingle with the locals and make new connections. To be active, do yoga, climb mountains, bask in the sun. I also love to cook (paleo) and live a healthy lifestyle. I'll always follow my ears to where the live music is!

And some Ween! Always ready to be turned on to new tunes.

I could teach some yoga, and I could always learn more yoga! I can show you how to make amazing and healthy food- Paleo is my specialty :P I’m also a certified eating psychology coach, if you’d like to learn anything about that.
