Hello! My name is Elena from Tokyo, Japan. Nice to meet you :)
I'm moving to Germany for a year from 2019 Oct and exploring new adventure. I'm looking for new friends in Germany and in Europe. And that is why I'm using couch Surfing. I'm wondering to explore cities in Germany and other European countries. I'm freelancer (and remote worker) and doing Digital PR/SNS marketing.

As for a me and Counch surfing's story, I joined Couch Surfing since I was in University Student. My experience of counch surfing has two chapter. And now, 3rd chapter started.

First chapter was in NY when I was in university student in Japan. I was 21 years old. I stayed in NY for a month, and explored the city and had fun with couch surfers... etc. I can't forget these memories and the experience changed my life. I have't met these friends since I left NY, but still feel friendship with them.

Second chapter was in Tokyo. I was working at digital marketing company. Between First and second chapter, I graduated university and studied abroad in the US for a year. After I came back to Japan, I joined shared apartment and started to host of Couch Surfing. During living the house, we hosted over 100 people for one and a half years. Of course, it was amazing experience. Everyday was unforgettable and I visited some guests too. After 1 year and half, I changed my job to PR agency, and became worker holic. So I stopped the exciting life.

Now started my third chapter. I quit my job at PR agency and started to work as freelancer. I'm doing Digital PR for Cambodia urban development and have some freelance jobs. Finally, I can start traveling, working and living. This is one of my dream and Germany is my first adventure. Of course, will visit other countries too! so excite to see my new friends and get new experience.

Hi, I'm Elena from Japan and living in share apartment with people where we would love to host the guests from a lot of countries. Our house just started opening from May 2015 and hosting guests almost every day.

The reason why we choose the living style is we would like to know people in local level each other. So, it would be better if you stay in our house around 5days or some, not only 1 or 2days. We have work on daytime, so it would be hard to go somewhere together. But we like to hear what do you feel about Japan or your story in the traveling.

I might not reply so often because some people sent me message for just looking for staying place for free, but I'm checking most of message :) So please send me message if you are really interested in our house! ;)

About Me

I'm working at Public Relation agency in Tokyo. Love musical and traveling where my friends live. 2016 on Spring, I visited to Siracusa where my guests live. That's why I like couchsurfing, workaway and other kinds of stuff. Making friends in all of the world is super fantastic and awesome!

My hobbies>
I like watching stages such as Elisabeth, Scarlet Pimpernel, 1789, Mozart, and Romeo and Juliet. In Japan, I'm a big fan of Takarazuka which is Japanese historical musical group. I used to study Stage Management in the U.S. for a year.

If you like Takarazuka, you should stay in my house.haha

Style of Staying

We can offer 2 person/1 room. The residence in share house are Japanese, and we speak both Japanese and English .
Also, 2person is better to host for us.

If you can stay longer than 5days, we will welcome :)
