About Me

I was born in Paris and grew up in Strasbourg where I spent a wonderful childhood, met a lot of very good friends and discovered so many things. Despite life's vagaries I like to make the most of every moment, and as Monty Python say => Always look on the bright side of life!
I think I can describe myself as a spontaneous, positive and curious person.
I've travelled a lot and I still have so many things I want to do and explore. I would love that couchsurfing enables me to have a good solo travel experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that Couchsurfing community is one of the rare great network on the internet.
The more I have grew up and travelled the more I want to meet people coming from any country or culture, sharing ideas, life philosophy and simply good moments.
I feel really excited to see how many people are doing couchsurfing, these good vibrations could change the world one day!

Interests

I like playing the guitar (and ukulele when I'm travelling..easier to carry), reading, making macrame bracelets, watching series and films.
I'm also wild about sport, snowboarding, swimming, african dance, yoga, climbing, running...

Music, Movies, and Books

I will always have my old taste for Jack Johnson music!
Otherwise I also like a lot of different music styles, reggae, jazz, "old" rock.... I could spend hours just listening to new stuffs, I'm really open about types of music.
For the books I really enjoy authors like Pablo Neruda, Barjavel, Hemingway..
The last book that moved me deeply was "Our Lady of the Nil" written by Scholastique Mukasonga, about Rwandan Genocide.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2 weeks of trekking in the Himalaya mountains up to 5000 meters, great people, magical landscapes, a wonderful journey.

Walking to the Machu Picchu was also such a mystical and magnificent experience, I will remember it all my life :-)
