Hi there,
I live and work in Cambridge, UK, currently back to my home country Russia and I am really looking for some wondrous people to get to know my homeland (again and again). I play chess, love to get lost in good music and dive deep into its core meaning and melt in joy, like to practice stillness of mind (whatever it may mean to you. We can discuss what it means to me), dance tango, go to sauna and book clubs. I like sunsets, long walks and good conversations. I am an experienced traveller and run my own business. We organise trips to nature destinations in Eurasia, places like Kamchatka, Baikal, Dagestan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Plato Putorana, Kuril Islands, Armenia etc.
I have a degree in accountancy, marketing and sociology, now have started with psychology and I am really intrigued by the decision making processes and free will. I also would love to live long enough to study design (particular clothes design), sociology and physiology, finance, business. I used to work for The University of Cambridge (so, can give you some advice if you plan to study there ;0)
I also did my spiritual travels in India, Nepal, Tibet, Thailand (Koh Phangan nclufes)), lived in many ashrams and communities, met many teachers

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people and especially local people in every place I go. I think this is the only real way of travelling and experiencing a country and its traditions first hand = through living them. I like to learn about culture of the place I visit and would love to hear all the legends and myths of your land.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hhhmmm lived and travelled in India for half a year by myself twice:)) Met Dalia Lama :) jumped with a parachute, climbed 4500m, opened a business and run it successful for the 6 magical years already :)

Kept wonderful relationships with my ex husband. And still keep my childhood friends some of my best friends:)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English, how to build a website, a chatbot, start a business:) or share some yoga flows, tango steps and some cooking recipe :))
Would love to learn Spanish and French, practice Tango, get to know how to cook smth amazing, and everything about the culture in your country.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can build your web page or chatbot for your messaging channel:) I quite like gardening, painting, doing things with hands - like furniture or sewing, if you have any project in these fields, I would be keen to help. Also, of course, we can practice yoga, tango, cook and read some books out-loud :)

But mostly, I like to share ideas, have interesting conversations, food, wine, dancing, singing, runs, cycling rides, city or mountain walks.
