One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can think of lots of things... but what really changed me? One of the most amazing and humbling things I have ever experienced is the generosity of those who have the least and how that has been lost in metropolitan developed society: in particular I remember time spent trekking in remote , non-tourisy areas of Nepal many years ago and how the locals hosted me in their homes and fed me and were so kind.
