Interests

I have many more interests, but these are the ones I actually do. when life allows me to, I meditate 30m, journal min 20m, read 1hr and take min 2m cold showers everyday, and lift 5 times a week. a lot of time is spent in the kitchen too. and I cycle everywhere, his name is Fedor 🚲💨

I believe my purpose is to bring beauty and love into the world. I'm not able to devote myself to creativity just yet, however I have a great collection of other people's work that I'm happy to share, mostly music and illustrations. my current mission is to heal my gut, fully master cooking (I'm quite a good cook already) and to fully master lifting technique.

Music, Movies, and Books

my taste is eclectic, and I go through phases. generally I prefer moody, melancholic, or punky, whether high energy or downtempo.
I care about quality rather than genre. most people probably know me as a techno girl, but my roots are in rock and I love love love hi-tech psytrance, triphop, post-punk, afrobeat/dancehall, to name a few.

the only time I watch a movie is when someone else makes me to. at home in the self-development/biohacking sphere on YT—Andrew Huberman, Leo Gura, Lex Fridman, Tom Bilyeu, Mikhaila Peterson are my current top podcasts.

I'd read all the time if I could. since I'm mortal, I have to devote all my time to self-development—nutrition, lifting technique, other aspects of health such as sleep, fasting, mental attitude, childhood trauma. I like to alternative between a complex topic and then a fun, light one, like about music history, creativity, biographies.
