My name is Eleine, I am biologist and also graduated in Gastronomy. Right now I am a PhD student in Healthy Sciences. On my free time, I act as a chef pâtissière (or maybe personal chef) and catering services to order.

I love to travel and I've always been interested in learning new cultures, especially local food and mythology. I love to cook since I was a child and I am very happy to share those meals with my family and friends. I love cosplaying and making all those accessories on my own, it's very fun.

I'm friendly, easy-going, open minded, honest, responsible and I don't have any problem with dogs and cats (love them).

While visiting a city, I like to go to the local Market, street fairs and food, museums, sightseeing, and also knowing and trying the city as a local one.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't like to think CS is a free couch, this isn't my real goal.
More than that, CS can be a way to facilitate a trip while making new friends.

I think it's a good experience to know the real soul of people and places and their history. You know better by citzens than books :)

I like rock and pop in general, nacional or internacional, especially from 80's; too many to list...
but I am a great fan of ABBA and Europe since I was a child, and great fan of japanese rock band L'Arc~en~Ciel, Janne Da Arc. About brazilian music, I am great fan of Roupa Nova, Engenheiros do Hawaii, Danger3, Animadness, Kid Abelha; and there is more :)

Genres of movies I like the most: horror, suspense, epic, scientific fiction
Especially, I love animes and mangas (my fav: Studio Ghibli, CLAMP, Yana Toboso, Togashi...)

My favorites authors are Tolkien (I really love The Lord of the Rings), Lovecraft, Stephen King, Fábio Yabu

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I travelled to Gramado city (Rio Grande do Sul/Brazil) on autumn, I was cosplaying as Sailor Neptune and walking around the city dressed like that. It's was amazing.
